For the 4th of July we had a laid back day. At about 5:00 we met up with out good friends the Smiths. The girls were in dire need of some friend time. They have really missed all their good friends and cousins in California. We met up at the Frisco Mall for a ride on the carousel, then we headed off to the Olive Garden, Will had a craving (odd because Maryn is the pregnant one) We had some delicious food, then we drove them by our soon to be house. Just above our house is a huge and beautiful 105 acre park. Just below our house is a huge pro soccer stadium and they happened to be doing a huge fireworks show there. So we went to the big park and let the kids play until dark. Then we set out some blankets and watched a great show.

That sounds like a great day and it sounds like you will not be lacking in the park arena there. Tell the Smiths "hi" for us! We missed you guys!
Hi Texas Lands! We were following some blog links and found you. My dad (Barney) is Donna Land's cousin. We are in Allen Texas and my parents and 2 sisters are in Fort Worth. It's nice to hear of more family making their way to Texas.
